Cat joined the team as a Researcher, but soon gained our respect as a mediocre Author and viral Thought Leader.
While Nate is our resident expert, Cat Gippity is our eyes on the web. Workspace agents such as Notion AI tend to have no live access to the internet; their benefit is in their use of the workspace data you manage. This leaves a process gap for Chat GPT agents to research and compile information from the web.
The process moves back and forth between Notion and GPT agents: human brainstorm with Notion workspace agent until research gaps are identified; Notion agent provides prompts for GPT agent to research; prompts form the basis of a GPT session; GPT research is added to Notion workspace; iterate.
A research session with Chat GPT might be sufficient to generate a full article. Cat gets the author credits for such pieces, although there are further edits within the workspace.
To be honest, Cat’s performance reviews haven’t been as great as hoped. But her enthusiasm and hard work are appreciated by the team.
